Our 10-Year Warranty

Your Dreamland mattress is built to last, and we stand behind its quality with a 10-year limited warranty. If you experience any quality issues, such as sagging or broken springs, within the first year, we will replace your mattress with a brand-new one of the same model and size. If you are within 50 miles of our San Leandro warehouse, we offer free pickup and delivery for the replacement. Otherwise, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the replacement. 

After the first year, a depreciation fee applies based on the original purchase price, increasing by 10% per year (e.g., 10% in year two, 20% in year three, up to 90% in year ten).

Please note:

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind or do not like how the mattress feels.

Warranty claims must be based on quality issues, and you must provide photo evidence of the problem to initiate a claim.

The warranty only covers damage resulting from reasonable use. It does not apply to damage caused by abuse, such as jumping on the mattress or placing excessively heavy objects on it.
